Other laptop makers should follow Asus’ example and make an official list of all their upcoming gaming models

It’s tough to keep track of all the laptops coming out this February with GeForce 40 graphics and Intel 13th gen CPUs. At least one manufacturer has made a handy table detailing all of their upcoming models and even their TGP and MUX options.
After a drab CES 2022 due to COVID-19, manufacturers returned in full force for CES 2023 to announce a wave on new products. PC makers in particular had loads to announce due to the upcoming Intel 13th gen and Nvidia GeForce 40 mobile series launching simultaneously. Everyone from Asus to Zotac had something to share during the show. Thankfully, Asus has gone the extra mile by listing all of their upcoming 2023 ROG and TUF model thus far in one neat table.

The table should prove incredibly useful for users in the market for a new GeForce 40 laptop. Whereas other makers tend to conceal sought-after details like TGP, MUX, dynamic boost, and GPU clock rates, the table from Asus proudly presents them.

The table also reveals some interesting tidbits about the Ada Lovelace GPUs. In particular, the GeForce RTX 4070 in the ROG X13 Flow can run at a very low TGP target of just 45 W which is almost as low as the 35 W GeForce RTX 3050. It’ll be interesting to see how a 45 W RTX 4070 can compare to the 115 W to 140 W RTX 4070 in the much larger ROG Zephyrus Duo 16 GX650PI.

Expect many of these Asus models to become available before the end of Q1 2023. Competing models from , Aorus, Razer, and MSI will all be launching within the same time window, but shopping for an Asus model should be less of a headache.
